| Q) How much carbo should I consume with protein powder to give the best effect? Why is taking carb with protein so important? A) For slimming I recommend 1:1 ratio. For normal mass gaining I recommend 2:1 ratio. Carbo ingestion caused insulin to be released and insulin is necessary for protein to enter our muscles. This is why those people taking protein powders with very little carb do not gain much, day in-day out. Once they switch to a MRP or high protein gainer or just add carb to their protein drinks, they start seeing gains that they will never have if they do not make the switch. Q) I heard that taking insulin can make me big, where can I get them? A) Boy, stay away from it unless you are a type 1 diabetic. Insulin should only be administered due to medical reasons and under a guidance of a doctor. Failing to use it properly will knock out your brain due to low blood sugar level. There is no reason to go to such extreme even for a professional bodybuilders. Q) Can you advice me on how should I consumed glucosamine for the best result? A) The easiest and yet effective is to consume 1500mg of glucosamine sulphate with a meal once a day. It takes 8-12 weeks to see results. Q) What products you have can help me in the cutting cycle?
