A good gainer should be high in protein and even better

Do not be phobic about the
word "gainer". There are the
good gainer and bad gainer.
Do not be phobic about the  
word "maltodextrin". Yeah,
they increased blood sugar
level fast by themselves. But,
with the high protein content

level will be slowed down. I
never believe in paying too

whole grains do not have
slower rate in raising blood
glucose. This is because
breads from whole grain flour
