Caffeine increase body fat utilisation for energy when
taken before training. When taken before training, it also
increases focus and concentration to get the best effect
from each training. It combines well with quality Green tea
extract which contain polyphenols that boost metabolism.

It is best that Caffeine and Green Tea extract comes in
