Quick Clean Food: Tuna Sandwiches
Low Sodium Tuna Bread- Tap two holes opposite
each other on the same side of a can of
brine-packed tuna. Drain of the salted-water from
the can for a few minutes. Add water through the
hole into the can and leave for 3 minutes, drain the
water off again. Repeat another time if  necessary.
Now open the can and pour out the tuna chunks on
a big bowl. Add with finely chopped onions and 2
tablespoons of mayonnaise (replaced with 1
teaspoon of lemon juice if dieting). Add some
pepper. Break up the tuna into smaller fragments
with a spoon and mixed everything well. Toast 2
pieces of whole meal bread lightly and put the tuna
mix on the bread to serve. Can be added with slices
of tomatoes to make it taste even better!
